Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Cash Winappio, operated by Perkmedia LLC and distributed under the SmartFlutters brand. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Player Agreement, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher. You agree to give accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

One account per person. Operating or attempting to operate more than one account breaches these Terms.

Rewards, virtual currency and cashouts

The service awards virtual points ("Coins") for completing legitimate tasks, surveys, games and partner offers. Coins have no intrinsic real-world monetary value until successfully redeemed through an authorised withdrawal method.

Withdrawals are subject to anti-fraud verification, identity validation and minimum cashout thresholds. The current threshold is shown in the app. Reward and payout options vary by country, platform and offer provider, and may change.

Prohibited activities and anti-fraud

You must not use bots, automation, emulators, VPNs or proxy services to simulate activity or misrepresent your location; complete offers on behalf of someone else; submit false or duplicate information; or attempt to exploit the platform or its partners.

If an advertising partner charges back an offer, or flags a completion as fraudulent, the Coins credited for it are revoked from your balance. Confirmed abuse may lead to forfeiture of rewards and permanent suspension.

Third-party offer providers

Games, surveys and offers are supplied by third parties with their own terms, eligibility rules and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a partner's product or its eligibility decision, but if a partner's confirmation never reaches us, contact support and we will investigate.

Availability and changes

The selection of games, surveys and rewards differs by country, device and provider, and can change or be withdrawn at any time. The app is the authoritative source for what is available to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a partner's product or a third-party service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the effective date below will change and material updates will be communicated in the app or by email. Effective date: 2 November 2026.
