How to delete your Cash Winappio account and the data attached to it.
Deleting your Cash Winappio account
You can ask us to delete your Cash Winappio account and the personal data attached to it at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and the small amount we must keep.
1. How to request deletion
In the app: open Settings, choose Account, then Delete account. The request is queued immediately and you will be asked to confirm.
If you cannot sign in: contact in-app support, or reach us through the Discord community in the site footer, and tell us the email address on the account. We may ask you to confirm ownership before acting, so that nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.
2. What is deleted
Your profile and credentials (email address, username, country, authentication record); your Coin balance and ledger; your offer and survey completion history; redemption history not subject to a retention obligation; support conversations that are no longer needed; and device and session records.
3. What we must keep, and for how long
We retain records of rewards already paid out, and the anti-fraud checks attached to them, for as long as accounting, tax and anti-fraud obligations require. That is a legal obligation rather than a choice. Fraud records relating to a confirmed breach may be kept longer so the same abuse cannot be repeated under a new account. Everything not covered by such an obligation is deleted.
4. Timing
Deletion requests are actioned within the period required by applicable law — normally within one month of a verified request. Pending Coins and unclaimed redemptions are forfeited when the account is deleted, so redeem anything you are entitled to first.
5. Closing without deleting
If you only want to stop using the app, you can uninstall it and stop signing in. Note that this does not delete your data — the request in section 1 is what does that.
6. Related rights
Deletion is one of the rights set out in our Privacy Policy, which also covers access, correction, portability and objection. If you want a copy of your data before deleting, ask for that first.
